Gist. max.ink offers services for individuals looking for a customized experience and a unique online presence for them or their business. We strive to cater our services to fit the specific needs of each client. Each client's specific needs will dictate site design, development platform, and hosting arrangement. Our services including but are not limited to web design, development, and site hosting, maintenance and updating. Services are available at an hourly rate. Hosting subscriptions are available billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
General Terms. By purchasing services available from max.ink or the project shop you agree to pay max.ink the fees indicated on the Website or agreed to in person for those services, and any taxes applicable to those fees. Services will be billed hourly unless otherwise noted. The fees for using our services will not change during your pre-paid subscription period, but are otherwise subject to change at any time. If we change our fees, we will give our clients at least 30 days’ notice by email to the email address provided to us in their account information.
Automatic Renewal. If you opt-in for recurring payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and will cover the use of those services for the subscription period indicated.
Unless you notify max.ink before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your site or recurring services and your account with us or we give you such notice, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions or ongoing services can be canceled at any time by contacting max.ink at [email protected]
Canceling Policy. Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if you signup on the 20th of the month that means your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that.
Downtime. Due to unforeseeable circumstances sites may suffer occasional downtime. We will do our best to prevent any issues associated with site instability. If a site is attacked and if unfortunately compromised we will do our best to restore services as soon as possible. If your plan does not include •Security Updates or •Core and Plugin Updates these maintenance steps are your responsibility. We are not responsible for downtime due to attack on core/plugins/modules that are not kept up-to-update.
Support. We will do our best to be available for support requests. Dedicated and Managed Hosting Plans will receive Priority response time and scheduling.
